SJesMe
Perhaps I am being naïve (or overly demanding?!) but I sincerely wish CCleaner would have an option to permanently block unwanted cookies; for example where one can shift cookies "to keep" ... is it not possible to add a block feature for those being removed? Or perhaps a way to add those cookies to (insert browser name here)'s block lists? Thanks for listening.
Winapp2.ini
There are addons for many popular browsers that should let you block specific cookies. What browser do you use? winapp2.ini additions thread winapp2.ini github
SJesMe
I'm using IE10 and FF32 and use the appropriate addons for those browsers which help immensely of course. Nonetheless, there are still plenty of cookies that CCleaner manages to clean and in order to keep up, I think it would be very helpful if I could simply click the listed cookies (under Options>Cookies) with an "Add to Block List" function. Just throwing it out there ... it's time-consuming (in IE for example) to type in specific sites to "Always Block." Cheers and now I shall indulge in your main interest: sleeping
