chapsieml Posted January 1, 2014 Author Share Posted January 1, 2014 I tried a significant amount of things including your suggestion - nothing worked so I went to this forum and posted the problem. I have since just fixed the problem by going into safe mode and un-installed the program. Then re-booted and and did another download of another fresh copy of Recuva and did the install.
