cleaning "Office 2010" resets settings for "Recent Docs"

Negative side-effect when selecting "Office 2010" in Cleaner--Applications:

 

1. The O2K10 setting for "Show this number of recent documents" (Office Options -- Advanced) is reset to its default value of 25.

 

2. Ditto for the setting for "Recent places" (if the default value of 25 had been changed in the registry for example using Microsoft's Fix-It tool (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/983006))

 

CCleaner deletes "...AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Office\Recent\index.dat"; maybe when rebuilding it, Office also changes the registry settings for recent docs and places back to default.

 

Unfortunately, this behavior is not documented and I only noticed by accident that thus my settings of "0" for both variables (to ensure privacy) were overwritten.
