ramtodatry
I am running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit, on a HP Probook with a 750 GB hard drive. Boot partition, drive C is 100 GB, and remaining space is devoted to drive D. Defraggler is unable to defrag the Safeboot.fs file at the root of C, and the file size is 41,024 KB. Even boot time defrag is unable to do so, as this file is not on the list of files to be defragged at boot time.
nodles
Not sure if it's possible to defrag the file, it has something to do with SafeBoot encryption. You could add it to exclusions I guess.
