Help Plz: Unable to read boot sector

I get this message when I try to recover the files on my F: harddrive. The system boots up/runs from the C: drive, and Recuva works on my C: drive fine, but I need the files on my F: drive. Any Tips....?

I have them handy but thankfully have never needed to use them for a rescue or repair, although I use Bootbuilder to keep backups of the bootsectors of all my drives.

 

Hope this may help in the event of nothing better coming along, and if you need advice on burning Images to CD's etc, just post back.
