ccleaner / msconf startup items

Greetings:

For Startup items --- is it safe to use Both ccleaner and msconfig or should one just use one or the other?

If its better / correct to just use one, should for example, all the startup be enabled in the one not being used?

Reason for asking is I see similar entries for Adobe Reader SL and ARM but are duplicate names in msconfig but not in ccleaner.

Running Win XP SP3...

thanks

Bob

I think it should be safe either way, just don't disable programs like antivirus, firewall or any programs you really need.

I love computer maintenance tasks.

Some of my favorite programs:

Wordpad -basic word processing

Notepad - temporary clipboard and basic scripting module

Windows Media Player 12- video, music and online radio player

Windows Media Center - live TV, local FM radio

CCleaner- handy computer maintenance tool

If something fails to work after using the registry cleaner, use SYSTEM RESTORE.
