Safe to delete these?

The registry scan found these problems. Most of these entries are for the .Net Framework v1.x.........(Note: I've got the Microsoft.net Framwork v3.5 SP1 already installed thru Windows Updates without deleting any previous versions of .Net Framework)

Please make a system restore point first in case something gets wrong. I think not all of them are safe to delete.

 

I think the ones listed under Unused File Extensions are safe to remove as long as they are file types associated with removed programs.

 

Invalid Default Icon should be safe in my view as well. But I guess you better leave the ones listed under Missing Shared DLL as they are more sensitive cases.
