R3defined
Hi all. I'm new to this forum but not new to CCleaner. Ever since the latest update v2.26.1050 was applied, CCleaner has been unable to fully remove all temporary internet files and logs from my system. For example, I boot up my computer and start scanning the system for files to delete. Analyzing takes about 3 - 5 mins, and about 750MB of files are found that can be deleted. However, when I click on 'Run Cleaner', only around 60MB - 120MB of files are removed, which is like much less than half of the total amount of files scanned. Is it a problem with CCleaner or are those files that cannot be deleted? This annoys me because most of the time when I run the cleaner, ALL scanned items/files are deleted and my computer runs much smoothly. I need some experienced helpers to explain if it's a problem with my system or are there others having this same issue, other than me?
JDPower
Open CCleaner, go to Options>Advanced, and see if "Only clean temp files older than 48 hours" is ticked
