Why doesn't CCleaner clean and remove the cookie named 'dmtstore'?

 

Here is a list of the stored info in this cookie which never expires and cannot be deleted without the use of a paid for anti-cookie program, or a series of steps which require a nerd to understand:

Seems like CNN or the government is tracking the news sites I am reading?

 

Guess I need to quit CNN?

 

Funny how ccleaner misses this cookie 100%!
