Defraggler gets exhausted

After a pretty fast startup with defraggler moving alot of files very quickly, it turns into a super tired program. It moves one file, very slowly, then the next one, very slowly..

 

From the graphic window it highlights one square in yellow and reads it, to write one square in green on the right place to be very clear about it.

 

I have a WDC WD64 00AKS SCSI disk drive and the following system:
