Java and iTunes keys

Recommended Posts

I tried 2 latest versions of CCleaner and found that it always deletes 2 Java and 3 iTunes registry keys. I'm not sure if it shouldn't stay in the registry, because it can be needed.

The following keys are deleted:

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{915DA835-02FE-4953-92FA-624BDF5D85AB}]

@="IUserHelper"

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{D775A119-EAC2-4F28-B06E-8AC16F2695DA}]

@="IiPodManagerUI"

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{2CE4D4CF-B278-4126-AD1E-B622DA2E8339}]

@="ISearch"

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\JavaPlugin.FamilyVersionSupport] - I'm not sure about that - it's probably unused filetype.

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\JavaPlugin.FamilyVersionSupport\CLSID] - And maybe this one depends on the previous one.

@="{761497BB-D6F0-462C-B6EB-D4DAF1D92D43}"

I'm using Vista x64, iTunes x64 8.2.1, and Java offline installer 32bit update 14.
