Deleted folder(Flv's and Jpegs)

I attempted to delete a folder locked by a Folder Lock. It was locked in a drive called drive z i copied its contents to my desktops but it copied incompletely(I found this out after I deleted the folders from Folder Lock). Is it possible to recover. The folders were moved from my desktop and then locked with Folder Lock and put in a drive called drive Z(don't know how that drive came about) which I deleted. What are my chances? I am feeling desparation and confusion right now because I was actually in the process of backing up my files after locking them.
