zKsPOWERHOUSE
Ok, so I did a scan with CCleaner for registry bugs. I managed to fix quite a bit, but there's still a significant amount of them left that I am unsure about. Here's what's left: Unused File Extension SysmonLogManager.Snapin HKCR\SysmonLogManager.Snapin Invalid Default Icon C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\Acrobat\AcroRd32.exe HKCR\acrobat\DefaultIcon ActiveX/COM Issue ADCS - {89E30300-764D-11d0-B282-00A0C90F56FC} HKCR\ADCS ActiveX/COM Issue BDATuner.Explorer.1 - {971E14B5-D75E-F58E-34EE-25B80B838BD3} HKCR\BDATuner.Explorer.1 Invalid Default Icon C:\WINDOWS\system32\CMMGR32.EXE,1 HKCR\Connection Manager Profile\DefaultIcon Open with Application Issue C:\WINDOWS\system32\CMMGR32.EXE "%1" HKCR\Connection Manager Profile\shell\open Open with Application Issue C:\WINDOWS\system32\CMMGR32.EXE /settings "%1" HKCR\Connection Manager Profile\shell\Settings... Moderators Augeas Posted February 6, 2009 Moderators Share Posted February 6, 2009 I think that the best advice is not to worry about the registry too much. I only run a scan on mine at monthly intervals, if I remember, and then I hardly delete anything. It won't make much difference either to speed or space if you remove these entries, although I appreciate that CC will look much cleaner.
