kh63
Hello! Writing you from Finland. Wanted to make a report on a loss of my HP Photosmart 2575 All-in-One Printer-Scanner-Copier after using the Register cleaning function of the most recent version 2.15.815 of CCleaner. CCleaner claims that the following application path should be wrong: yourapp.Exe - C:\Program Files\HP\Non Driver CIO Components\yourapp.Exe HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\yourapp.Exe But it isn't. If you delete the line your printer won't run anymore. Anyone else encountered this problem?
Moderators DennisD Posted January 4, 2009 Moderators Share Posted January 4, 2009 Hi Kh63 from Finland, and welcome to the forum. I'm sorry you encountered this problem. The developers read all these posts, and I'm sure they'll look into it. In the meantime you can exclude that Reg Key from being removed by following the instructions in this thread. http://forum.piriform.com/index.php?s=&...st&p=120525 If anyone else has encountered this problem, I'm sure they'll add to your comment. Hope this helps.
