jrltec
if i run CCleaner it clears all unwanted things except the following file. C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\Logs\wbemess.log it detects the file and if i click run it clears the file and shows 0 bytes.but if i analyze again it shows the file in files to be deleted.. what is the problem? YoKenny
Welcome jrltec The wbemess.log is one of Windows files that is constantly in use and is locked open just like index.dat files so when you ask CCleaner to clean it then Windows refuses permission. Windows manages this file to keep track of what is happening to analyze failures I believe.
