The hpHOSTS Hosts file has been updated. There is now a total of 53,747 listed hostsnames.

They were not included as the Zlobe infections are mutating faster than cockroaches in a Bronx New York tenement apartment building.

I really know nothing about "host" files. Can someone give me a real simple 1-2-3 approach as to what they are and how they work.

 

Is hpHOSTS one of the better ones -- or are they all about the same -- just different?

They are different and compliment each other.

 

I only use hpHosts and MVPS HOSTS file managed with HostsMan and I use its HostsServer proxy to speed up browsing:
