User Startup Entries

I was testing some startup scripts launched from the User Startup folder. This seems to work ok. However when I launch CCleaner these files don't show up. Note any script is only launched when it's attribute isn't set to hidden. So can you also detect in next version of CCleaner files with .vbs and .js extension?
