brendajorsler
I have been using CCleaner for quite a while and have just noticed that when I use it all the contacts pictures in Windows Live Messenger disappear. They only return when I enter into an active conversation with a contact. I have found where the display pictures are stored but do not know how to exlude them in CCleaner. The stored files have huge long numbered names and I can't decipher which file represents each contacts photo. Is there a known way that I can exclude a folder from being 'cleaned' Thank you anyone who can assist Brenda
Moderators DennisD Posted April 13, 2008 Moderators Share Posted April 13, 2008 Hi brenda, welcome to the forum. You can exclude a folder by going to "Options > Exclude > Add Folder". A window will pop up, and then you browse to the location of the folder you mention. Then just highlight the folder (don't open it), and select OK. That's it.
