CCleaner and Flash security settings

Will the default settings not be changed? Anything under #SharedObjects is ok for deletion but settings.sol should be kept.

Hi anonymous, I have a number of flash cookies (settings.sol) which I need to keep for various sites I visit and I simply add the appropriate folder/files to CCleaners Exclude option in "Options > Exclude > select folder/files".

 

It works fine, and once set up, that's it. Make sure you check both folders i.e. #Shared Objects and Macromedia.com. Flash cookies can use both.

 

Give it a try, and come back if you need further advice.
