BobbyC
Hello! We use an ASP called Right Networks for hosting our Company Quick Books application. Since installing CCleaner and running it, the EOL Universal Printer Client is removed each time. After a few times of having to re-install this application, I am wondering if there is a setting which I can manage in CCleaner so that this printer will not be removed? The EOL Universal Printer Client is added to Internet Explorer as an ActiveX control under Tools/Internet Options/Programs - Manage Add-ons button. The only place I find something which seems like it would control this is under the Registry button called "ActiveX and Class Issues". Does anyone have a fix for this? Thank you in advance.
