Creating your own theme?

Hey guys, I'm looking for some guides on creating themes . There are only a few things I want to change, but I'm not sure where to start or what to do at all.

 

Any advice is welcome.

I've tried themes in the recent past, but didn't keep the bookmarks of the sites I got them from.

 

The thing I can tell you is the files and folders for each theme have to be placed in C > Windows > Resources > Themes.

 

There's a lot of free themes floating around out there.
