Problem ignoring desktop.ini in protected folder.

In Vista, the latest RC version nicely stops displaying most desktop.ini files, but it continues to display c:\windows\downloaded program files\desktop.ini. Presumably because this is a protected system folder. It cannot be added to the 'Exclude' list for the same reason. Any way to get rid of this file popping up each and every time CCleaner is run ?
