My old computer died. I got a new computer but have forgotten my login username and password. The ccleaner site does not provide a means to obtain your login information. I have emailed support@ccleaner.com numerous times requesting my information. They have responding with only general information. As stated, I have requested my username and a way to reset my password. support@cccleaner.com has stopped responding to my request for assistance.
Has anyone else had experience with obtaining their lost username and password?
