Yes, I had exactly the same from 5.85 to 5.89. Posted a separate thread before seeing this.

Windows 10 PC. The update from 5.85 to 5.89 is installed on request but after opening CCleaner the window will appear but then close within a couple of seconds. Tried uninstalling and a clean install, same problem. Cannot reinstall 5.85 as it then auto updates to 5.89. Solutions?
