Did you manage to resolve this? I've got the same issue, plus when I try to update software via 'Software Updater' it does nothing. Is there a way to report this to Ccleaner support?

Currently shows up as undefined. Current drive is Seagate BarraCuda Q5 ZP500CV30001. Interface is listed as 'PCIe Gen3 ×4 NVMe 1.3' on their web site. Does this need to be added to Speccy as an interface?
