In the past, when updating Ccleaner, the yahoo toolbar would appear on my internet explorer which seemed to affect sending mail from outlook. I used to just simply remove the yahoo toolbar and all would be fine with outlook again. Now that i've updated internet explorer, when i update Ccleaner, I no longer get the yahoo toolbar, but I again cannot send mail from outlook. I cannot determine what Ccleaner has created during the latest download to affect sending mail from outlook.
