@MeganCCleaner Hey, Thanks for the advice. This seemed to solve the problem, at least for the Google browser :) If I notice anything else about this, I will come back to it.

In CCleaner's smart cleaning settings, "Perform cleaning automatically at shutdown and report" is selected. However, this does not seem to happen with Chrome browser (Finnish language, 64-bit, Version 95.0.4638.69 (Official build)) and Windows 11 Home (21H2). Manually cleaning would seem to be successful (?).
