Thanks for the reply. i do have admin privelages but have not tried running in safe mode. will running in safe mode get rid of more register entries than i need (will it mess anything up?). Thanks again!

When trying to run "Issues" (scan the registry), I can't seem to scan "missing shared dlls", "Fonts" and "installer". The software locks up. I originally thought the "Issues" did not work but upon selecting each one to failure, it seems only the 3 are not working. If anybody is seeing similar symptoms and can assist me, i would appreciate it. Thanks!
