Anyone? this app seems to only force stop the apps if i do it twice, would appreciate any help :)

Hiya, so i'm using Android CCleaner on my Amazon fire 7 (9th generation) android 9, and after about a day usage of CCleaner, i have to reset the App to make boost work again, otherwise it says the apps are stopped but aren't, thanks for any help in advanced, i appreciate it :)
