Ok, thanks for letting me know! One more thing: the content of my Android smartphone is displayed as a drive (including a drive letter) via an FTP server app on my PC. The scan doesn't work with the free Recuva software (invalid drive size > see photo enclosed). Any chance Recuva Professional can handle it?

Hello, I need to recover a call recording file (3gpp-format) from my Asus Zenfone 4 (Android 7, not rooted). The freeware Recuva can't do the job, my phone doesn't show. Can Recuva Professional locate deleted (3gpp) files on my Android device? I need to know before purchasing Recuva Professinonal. Please help. Thanks!
