It is not a stupid question at all. I am having the same problem. I called Cleveridge, the number that showed up on my bank statement, 1-800-799-9570.
They only deal with billing, There is no tech support anywhere. Cleveridge only has a recording directing one to

No help there either. It's a great product if only I could use it. If they don't give a phone number for tech help when my subscription runs out I will look elsewhere because they have zero customer service.
CC Professional 2nd computer doesn't accept key

i copied & pasted the key code. Then a screen came up with 2 unlabled lines of fields. The top line was a long line. The 2nd line was a series of square boxes. I tried pasting my key code onto each line. The key code went into the series of boxes. I could not type anything on line one and I don't know what it wants.
Net result is that I am unable to install CCleaner Professional Plus on a 2nd or 3rd computer.
