It's odd because it says it can't find the file, but it's right where it's suppose to be in the correct directory. I tried to run the application from the directory as admin, no dice, same message as before.

I loaded CCleaner several months ago and it worked fine for about 2 months. Then one day the icon became a blank page on my desktop and the program would not run leaving only the message below. A few days later, it fixed itself and worked fine for about a month and here I am again. With the same message that says: "Windows can not access the specified device, path or file. You may not have appropriate permissions to access the items." It just happened again and I have no idea why this keeps happening. Running windows 10 on a Lenovo Thinkpad. I have not caged anything that I am aware of on the laptop so I am at a standstill. Thank you, Brent

This is the 3rd time this has happened. For some reason I get this message "Windows can not access the specified device, path, file. You may not have appropriate permissions to access the item." The program won't load. Help!!!!!! Brent
