CCleaner Free 1.17.603 is on my MacBook Air twice and I cannot remove it. When I go to "Apps" and try to move the CCleaner app into trash, it says "app is open and must be closed". But I cannot close it because it is frozen. When I click on any part of the CCleaner open window, like for "settings" it just makes a beep sound but does not react to my click. Can somebody help me remove both apps of CCleaner from my computer. Since my attempt at download last week, i am experiencing other computer problems like the dock disappeared and the menu bar.
