I had the same issue... I have a pihole (https://pi-hole.net/) as my DNS server. I had to disable adblocking on the pihole to allow the stupid CCleaner "Health Check" advertisement through... Turning pihole blocking back on seemed to be OK for CCleaner, after the initial launch, of 5.64.7613. The registry change here also seemed to do the trick as well > https://www.askvg.com/tip-enable-or-disable-health-check-option-in-ccleaner/ 1) Open Regedit 2) Go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Piriform\CCleaner 3) Change "(Cfg)HealthCheck" to 0 to turn off the health check feature.
