New Release is a Problem

I already had the free software, and just upgraded to CCleaner Professional. I have downloaded it twice and when I open it from my desktop icon, it shows on the screen but when I hit analyze it does nothing. I have to go into task manager and delete it. I'm frustrated since I spend $54.00 on it. I have a key and an invoice
