Thank you for that - I apologise but I still don't understand - The programme finds junk & trackers then you "make it better" and it removes more trackers than it found plus it removes more junk than it found.
You say Windows re-creates cookies - so are these tracking cookies which it has just deleted - if so, why does Windows create tracking cookies and for whom?
I can understand files being recreated after removal but not "trackers" being recreated.
Please see the attachments to explain what I mean.
