I have the same problem; We're unable to establish a connection. On the speed tab it says unable to reach server. Am using Win7 Desktop. My ISP website speed test results: Ping 42ms. Jitter 4ms. Download 3.5 Mbps. Upload .8 Mbps. My internet speed is fine. However my computer is very, very slow to launch apps, especially my chrome or IE browsers.
