I am getting the exact same message. trying to recover files from a RAW HDD. Somehow my drive became formatted as RAW and I am not able to open it. Nor will the operating system boot up. I now have my HDD in an external enclosure connected to another computer and still can not access it.

I am trying to recover me data from a raw drive which is the H: drive on the other computer because it is inside of an HDD Enclosure connected to this computer. When I attempt to scan the drive. This is the error message that I am getting: Failed to determine the following drive: H: : Unable to determine file system type. Can someone please assist me in this matter? The files are there. They showed up in Mini Tool Partition.
