CCleaner v5.42 BUG close whitout cleaning

Hi, After recently updating to Ccleaner V5.44.6575 (64 bit) it exits after clicking Run Cleaner. The conflict seems to be with KTS V19.0.0.1088(a). I've tried amending KTS settings to not scan Ccleaner but that hasn't helped. I can only get Ccleaner to run (in cleaning mode) by exiting KTS, not a good solution. (Win Pro 64, Intel i5-3570K @ 3.4 GHz, 8 Gb RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 210).
