  1. Thanks mta. I have the latest Kaspersky, but I will try an older version of CCleaner. Never had trouble before. Maybe v.5.44 will fix this bug??
  2. Thanks Nergal and mta. Yes, I have Kaspersky Anti-Virus. Is that the problem? Is there anything I can do? I still have 9 months of coverage on Kaspersky left. Maybe I should change to another anti-virus software (recommendations??) next year. I had another program that Kaspersky didn't like - Video Thumbnail Maker. Kaspersky kept crashing that program too.
  3. I'm having trouble with CCleaner crashing. This problem has only started happening in the past few days. What is wrong? The program opens fine.
