I had exactly the same problem - running CCleaner 5.43. When I updated to Kaspersky 19 - CCleaner just disappeared when clicking on 'continue'. I've e-mailed Kaspersky pointing out the problem and indicating that it has/is affecting other CCleaner users. Not sure if they will take any notice, however. Meanwhile, I've taken the advice and loaded CCleaner 5.41, from File Hippo's website. At least I now have a version that now works! Cheers!
