Andavari - Thanks VERY much for your quick reply! I Excluded it. and it no longer pops up. Does having done so mean the problem still exists, but I essentially just "instructed" Ccleaner to ignore it?? Thx, Tom

Hi There, I am using the FREE version of Ccleaner. Please open the attachment to see a Registry item that is found whenever I run the Registry Cleaner. However, Ccleaner does not clean it up. Any and all help is appreciated. If the Pro version will clean it up I will absolutely upgrade. Thx! Tom :O)
