HELP Tried the latest update and could not install it and could nor run previous version installed. I keep getting this message "Error opening file for writing" Tried uninstalling with windows and I thought it worked, but not. I am running a windows 10 PC. Previous version 5.3 worked fine, update was 5.4.Tried to remove from windows program files but wouldn't let me. I was running the free version but I also tried to install the paid Pro version with the same results. What do I do now?
