Yes I restarted my machine after the clean install. Programs and Features and the EXE both say that it is version 5.32.0.6129. -

It was a clean install. There was no other version of CCleaner installed previously on this system. -
I downloaded the ccleaner business msi installers and while the installer name says that it is 5.33 (ccsetup533_x64_be.msi), it actually installs version 5.32. This can be verified by looking at Programs and Features or the properties of the .exe itself.
