Okay I did all that and now can't find it to attach!

This just wears me out, being an older person and self taught computer user, I am literally lost when it comes to issues like this and what I can do to fix this. I have an older computer I was so happy with, which came with vista, and LOVED it. Well started having issues so took to my computer guy who is well trusted and knows his way around well. He convinced me to install windows 10 and I have not been happy since. Every few months or so it starts slowing down so I know to use cloud cleaner or ccleaner now and then. Ran ccleaner yesterday and noticed immediately after that it screwed things up, delayed everything basically. I am running out of patience here, can anyone please walk me through this?? Thanks!
