I just purchased recuva and has the same problem. I am running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit, and just purchased Recuva Professional (v.1.53.1087). When I attempt to run a scan of a USB drive it says "Failed to scan the following drives: E:: Unable to determine file system type" When I ran a scan using the Power Data Recovery Minitool it scanned and identified the over 11k files on the drive, so I know they are there. Isn't recuva supposed to be able to identify and recover files on a RAW partition?
