I try unmark from "MIcrosoft edge" but not working.. and there is no option to disable in Edge Chromium:

What version of Edge do You use?
From version 97 if i good remember there is "fast boot" so there is a edge process all the time.
After boot Windows there is a edge process and when i close all edge still there is...
Look i just close edge and edge process move from "Running" to background:
When i run edge background process vanish and move to running:
So edge process is always now in background... when i try kill process he run again.

Be sure to have your automatic updates turned on so you get CCleaner 5.89 as soon as it comes out in the New Year.

Heya,
I got exacly this same problem and i find a way to repair this.
Before update to creator edition uninstall completly CCleaner.
After update just install and everything works fine....
I just test it and working :-)
