It's always this file...just won't go away no matter how many times I run CCleaner...(previous versions have always cleaned everything).

Although I have Internet Explorer 'disabled' (I only use Edge) I'm now seeing a summary of cleaned Internet Explorer files, always the same file path and always the same size. (screenshot attached). Previously, I've always seen that all files have been securely cleaned - is this a glitch in the latest version, please?
