Recuva Scans to 100% But Goes No Farther

I have also experienced the same problem with Recuva. I also have Windows 10 and the scan stops at 100% and then... NOTHING! You have to wonder about a company that doesn't acknowledge problems with their program that have been identified for over a month. HELLO!!! Is anyone listening?
