ccleaner 5 wrongly deletes MRU MS Office Docs

I am constantly having to reinstall Office 365 because after using CCleaner, some file or folder, I believe in Internet Explorer, which contains Word system files, is deleted. I get the message, "Word Cannot Create the work file ..." or "Word cannot open the existing file. (C:\Users\count\AppData\...\Normal.dotm)."
